6. Communication & Form Processing

When you submit a quote request or contact message:

  1. Input fields are strictly validated in your browser against Zod schemas.
  2. An automated honeypot check silences automated spam submissions without exposing your private details.
  3. The payload is encrypted in transit over TLS 1.3 to our operational email accounts.
  4. A unique traceable reference number (e.g. RQP-XXXX-YYYYMMDD) is generated to track your trade file.
  5. If API relay services experience downtime, our system offers an immediate pre-formatted mailto client fallback.
